Baby-proof your kitchen

The first time I left my husband alone with the kids for a weekend, I was worried about knives on the countertop above all else. Holden was getting old enough to reach the counter tops but not old enough to see if there was danger.
Kitchens are scary places and I run a tight ship when it comes to most of the dangers:
- Child locks are in place for any dangerous chemicals like dishwasher soap
- The baby learns that the oven is HOT and must leave the room before I open the door
- No toys in the kitchen unless they are affixed to the fridge, so nothing unexpected is underfoot
